TO PARTICIPATE: Beginning on 03/12/2010 through 03/21/2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"), you may participate in the TripLittle Twitter Contest 2010 (herein "Contest") sponsored by TripLittle, LLC (herein "Sponsor") in the following way (collectively referred to as an "Entry"): Send a tweet using your Twitter.com account with the following message:

(herein "Message"). Access the TripLittle website at http://TripLittle.com and click on the banner titled "Like free stuff?" for directions. Twitter Entries must be submitted to the Twitter.com web site by 11:59PM CST on 3/21/10. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries; all such Entries will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY:
Void outside of the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited. Entrants must be 13 years of age or older on beginning day of the contest. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, sales representatives and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents) and those with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to submit an Entry or win a prize. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entries must be submitted by a Twitter account created at least one (1) day prior to the beginning date of the Contest. The Message must be submitted via a Twitter account in its entirety, no partial entries will be accepted. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to circumvent eligibility rules will completely disqualify any and all Entries from those persons.
RANDOM DRAWING:
The Grand Prize random drawing will be conducted on or about 3/22/2010 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decision is final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified by direct message to the submitting Twitter account only.
PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize: iPod Touch. Approximate retail value of prize ("ARV"): $199.00. Color and model of Grand Prize are at sole discretion of Sponsor. No substitution, barter, transfer or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. All other costs associated with prize not stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner. All details of prize not specified herein are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Only one (1) grand prize will be awarded.
GENERAL:
The winning Entrant may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within fourteen (14) days of notification (first attempted delivery). Failure of winner to comply with the above prize claim requirements for any reason, or, the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, or, the determination that the winning Entrant is ineligible to receive a prize, will result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible Entries. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipment of prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize by winner constitutes winner's consent that his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation and without additional notice or compensation.

By submitting an Entry in this Contest, all parties agree that neither Sponsor, its parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, nor their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agencies will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or in connection with any prize or resulting from participation in this Contest or from acceptance, possession or use of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity or use by Sponsor in any manner. Winners further acknowledge that the above parties are in no manner responsible or liable for, and specifically disclaim any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Submission of a Contest Entry will constitute and signify the entrant's agreement and consent (or that of parent or legal guardian if entrant is an eligible minor) that the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor's assignees may use the name, photograph, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in commerce and in all media worldwide now known or hereinafter developed without time limitation and without further compensation, except where prohibited. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned by any cause which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest and determine winners from Entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.
